Please contact us for early check in or out times. We will do everything possible to help but it is based on availability.
We gladly accept well-behaved pets at Cobb Creek Cabins. At this time we do NOT charge a fee for pets but we have a few rules.
#1 Please clean up after your pets both inside and outside of your cabin. Your cabin has a vacuum and if there is pet hair please vacuum. We feel that if there is no additional work for us then there should be no fee to you.
#2 Please no pets on the furniture or the beds. For lap doggies that insist on bed and couch time, we ask that you use critter covers(sheets and blankets) that we are happy to provide on your bed or furniture.
#3 You will be responsible for any injury caused by your pet or damage caused to cabins or property from your pet.
#4 If you will be gone from your cabin and cannot take your pet with you, a crate is required until you return. This is mandatory and we can't make exceptions to this rule. We hope you understand.
#5 All pets must remain on a leash outside of your cabin at all times. We are a working farm and as such have animals that can be harmed or harm your pet
We do NOT provide daily cleaning services. At this time we are happy to continue the tradition of not charging cleaning fees. We believe that when our guests return their cabins clean it means less work for us and therefore no fee for our guests.
We provide cleaning supplies, and a vacuum, and will gladly supply critter covers for your pets. Please help us continue our no cleaning tradition.
Before check out please remove your bed linens, do your dishes, and bag your trash.
As long as our guests keep our cabins clean like when they arrived we are happy to continue a No cleaning fee policy.
We provide an initial setup of trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, face soap, dish soap, coffee, and a one load box of tide in the cabins. Every cabin except the Smokehouse has a full washer and dryer.
Extra items will be your responsibility.
#1 All reservations require a $500 credit card authorization (not a charge) as a fully refundable damage deposit. This authorization automatically refunds upon checkout.
#2 Payment in full is required at the time of booking.
#3 We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, Venmo, etc.
#4 Unexpected events happen and we understand. As a small business our bookings are incredibly important. Should you need to cancel your reservation and we have not turned away another guest we will gladly credit your deposit toward any future stay. Please note that if your cancellation resulted in a cabin remaining open that would have otherwise been filled, you will lose your deposit. We trust you understand the need for this.
